To our supporters, our observers, and the American people:
We have always said that a leader who cannot see every person as a whole human being has no right to hold power. That same principle demands that we, as a campaign, be transparent about our own barriers, especially when those barriers are not of our making.
Recently, we discovered an administrative error within our Federal Election Commission filings that may help explain why our campaign has remained unexpectedly "hidden" from public view. We believe the American people deserve to know exactly what we found.
The Issue
Our campaign is registered with the FEC under principal committee ID C00789859, which currently shows $5,000 in total receipts, all from candidate contributions. However, our records also show that our committee remains incorrectly linked to an older, inactive candidate ID (P40006553) from a potential 2024 filing. This duplicate ID has no financial activity, but its presence creates a confusing and non-compliant data trail.
Furthermore, under federal law, exceeding $5,000 in contributions or expenditures triggers a new set of compliance requirements. Our filing shows we have reached that threshold. Yet the linkage to an inactive ID may have triggered administrative holds or automated penalties that we were never notified about.
Why This Matters
We are not claiming conspiracy. We are claiming that the institutional machinery designed to oversee fair elections is, at best, opaque and error-prone and, at worst, capable of silencing legitimate candidates without explanation. For months, we have felt blocked by something unknown. Now we have found one of the likely causes.
We will be contacting the FEC directly at 1-800-424-9530 and have requested a formal compliance review to decouple our active committee from the inactive ID and to verify our filing status. We will share every response we receive.
Our Commitment
We will not hide behind the mask of institutional confusion. If the FEC corrects this error, we will thank them publicly and move forward. If they do not, we will name that failure and demand accountability, just as we have demanded that all elected officials name war criminals and allow extradition.
We ask our supporters to do three things:
- Share this message. The more people who see it, the harder it is to ignore.
- Contact the FEC yourself. Ask them why a registered presidential candidate has two active IDs and whether the $5,000 threshold has been properly processed.
- Stay with us. We are running because we refuse to accept a system that hides the unseen. We will not stop because the system hides us.
The truth is not always comfortable. But it is always the beginning of justice.
