Notice to Every American Corporation and Official: Your Impunity Ends in 2029

To Every American Corporation

If you are a defense contractor, a technology firm, a logistics company, or any entity that has:

• Supplied weapons, parts, or services used to attack civilian populations in Lebanon;
• Provided AI, targeting data, or surveillance systems that enabled indiscriminate bombing;
• Profited from reconstruction contracts that follow American-backed destruction;
• Knowingly facilitated any act that constitutes a war crime under the Geneva Conventions or the Rome Statute.

Your gravy train is about to derail.

My administration will publish a public blacklist of all corporations materially complicit in violations of international humanitarian law in Lebanon and beyond, revoke and ban federal contracts for blacklisted entities, freeze assets where evidence supports complicity, support private civil lawsuits under the Alien Tort Statute and the Torture Victim Protection Act, and refer evidence to the International Criminal Court and EU member states exercising universal jurisdiction.

You will not be able to rebrand, move offshore, or wait us out. We will follow the money, the technology, and the chain of command.

To Every U.S. Official - Past, Present, and Future

To the generals who signed off on targeting packages that killed Lebanese children in their beds.

To the State Department lawyers who wrote secret memos redefining proportionality into meaninglessness.

To the White House staffers who waved through weapons transfers after weapons transfers, knowing full well what would be done with them.

To the members of Congress who took AIPAC money and voted to send more bombs to a government already indicted for war crimes.

To the intelligence officials who suppressed reports, doctored evidence, and lied to the American people.

Your immunity expires on January 20, 2029.

On that day - in the first week of my administration - I will sign an Executive Order establishing a Task Force on War Crimes Cooperation and Lawful Extradition.

Its mandate is simple:

• Honor every lawful ICC arrest warrant, no matter whose name is on it.
• Honor every lawful warrant issued by an EU member state under universal jurisdiction, including warrants against former U.S. presidents, vice presidents, secretaries of defense, and military commanders.
• Open U.S. military, diplomatic, and corporate records to lawful foreign investigations, with no more national-security black holes used to hide crimes.
• Identify and sanction any U.S. person whose conduct contributed to war crimes in Lebanon.

You will no longer be protected by the doctrine of sovereign immunity or the myth that American officials are above the law. You are not above the law. You are subjects of the law, and the law is coming for you.

To the American People: You Are Not Complicit - Unless You Stay Silent

I know most Americans never wanted this. You did not vote for the bombing of Beirut. You did not approve the destruction of Gaza or the collective punishment of Lebanon. You were lied to, manipulated, and ignored by a system that values foreign arms sales over human lives.

But silence is complicity. Inaction is acceptance.

So here is my call to you:

• Stop buying products from defense contractors and companies that profit from war.
• Demand your representatives publicly support an arms embargo on Israel and all perpetrators of war crimes.
• Share this letter and this post - break the information blockade.
• Vote in every election, from local school board to president. Vote for those who pledge to end impunity.

You are 158 million strong - 60% of American adults who now view the Israeli government unfavorably. You are the majority. You are the moral force that will make 2029 a turning point, not just for America, but for the world.

Why We Will Win

Because we are not fighting for territory, resources, or revenge.

We are fighting for international law - the only shield the weak have against the strong.

We are fighting for accountability - the principle that no one, no matter how powerful, is above justice.

And we are fighting for the truth - that the same machinery of destruction that has haunted the Middle East for decades is built, financed, and defended by American corporations and American officials.

Europe has already begun to turn. The European Union, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Ireland, Slovenia - they have condemned the attacks, demanded ceasefires, and called for warrants. They are waiting for an America that will not block justice, but assist it.

That America is coming.

Final Warning

To every American corporation and official who has used our name and our taxes to cause harm for psychopathic control:

You have three years.

Use them to lawyer up, make peace with your conscience, or simply stop. Stop signing the contracts. Stop approving the strikes. Stop lying to Congress. Stop laundering atrocity through bureaucracy.

Because on January 20, 2029, the music stops. There will be no more safe harbors, no more quiet resignations, no more golden parachutes to Dubai or Tel Aviv.

There will only be the law. And for the first time in a very long time, the law will be on the side of the victims.

Pardons will not save you. We are coming. And we are not alone.
