Fees, are they designed to exclude you?

We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

We the "People" designed this constitution and our interpretation is up to us as a whole for our Government to listen. It's our Constitution not the Governments, or it would of said "We the Government.".

With that said, the people spoke and said that the Constitution will include Equal Protection and we will protect the lower class from fees that prevent them from lawful privileges because their class cannot afford those privileges.

If we are not going to eliminate the lower class then we are going to design our Small Business Administration to waive all fees in any direction for success till you succeed. That means the Government will get paid when you get paid. So we will help you all the way to your accomplishments.
