🗽 It’s Time: Reclaiming Power Through the People’s Constitution

For too long, Americans have lived under systems they had no part in creating — laws written generations ago, institutions captured by corporate interests, and commissions like the CPUC that were supposed to protect us but instead protect profit. If you’ve ever looked around and asked, “Why does it feel like the system isn't working for us?” — you’re not wrong.

It’s not broken.

It was built this way.

But now, we’re building something new.

Today, I’m proud to introduce one of the most transformative executive policies of my presidential platform:

🔧 The People’s Constitutional Empowerment Fund

This isn’t just another reform. It’s a peaceful revolution , built on the most American principle of all — self-government .

💥 Why This Fund Matters

Across the country, people are being crushed by outdated structures that no longer reflect our reality. State constitutions are riddled with corporate loopholes, appointed utility commissions rubber-stamp rate hikes, and federal inaction leaves families one disaster away from ruin.

We’ve lost control of our own rules — and that’s why this fund exists.

The People’s Constitutional Empowerment Fund (PCEF) will provide states with federal support — not control — to finally give citizens the tools to:

- Rewrite their state constitutions

- Replace corrupt institutions

- Ban political bribery

- Guarantee rights like clean air, energy, and housing

- And reclaim the future from corporate monopolies

🛑 We’re Done Asking for Permission

Let’s be honest: politicians won’t fix this.

They benefit from it.

That’s why the power must go directly to the people . Not just in theory — in structure.

Through PCEF, we will:

- Fund citizen-led constitutional conventions in every state

- Ban special interest interference in the process

- Support digital town halls and community-led amendments

- And require public accountability , not backroom deals

This isn’t about right or left. It’s about bottom-up democracy .

🧬 What Happens Next

Once 20 or more states begin the process using PCEF support, we will initiate a Federal People’s Convention to:

- Reexamine our national structures

- Propose amendments for clean government

- And possibly draft a new Bill of Economic Rights — one that guarantees no child goes hungry, no elder is left behind, and no citizen is priced out of clean energy or healthcare.

This is how we take back our voice.

🌎 This Is Our Moment

The truth is, our current system wasn’t built for this generation — or the next.

It was built for a time that no longer exists.

If we want a future of dignity, justice, and opportunity, we can’t patch up the past —

We must build something bold enough for the future.

That’s what the People’s Constitutional Empowerment Fund is.

A new beginning. A peaceful restoration of power to the people. A tool for every state to say:

“We will no longer be ruled by what we didn’t choose.”

Here’s the alternative future if we don’t act:

🕳️ A Nation of Controlled Choices, Not Free Citizens

Our children will grow up in a country where:

💸 Every Aspect of Life Is Monetized

- Housing will be owned by investment firms.

- Healthcare will be rationed by AI under insurance conglomerates.

- Education will be tethered to debt and algorithms that track behavior, not growth.

They won’t choose their future — they’ll finance someone else’s .

🏥 A Healthcare System That Profits From Pain

- Cancer patients will still be choosing between treatment and bankruptcy.

- Mental health support will remain paywalled or criminalized.

- Pharmaceutical companies will use AI to set “what people will tolerate paying,” not what’s fair.

🏘️ A Housing Market Without Humans

- Cities will be unrecognizable — homes will sit vacant as private equity investments while the working class lives in vehicles.

- Rent will never stabilize because it’s not built to .

- Entire generations will never own anything — not even dignity.

⚡ Utilities Run Like Luxury Goods

- Clean energy? Only for those who can afford panels and batteries.

- Solar owners will still be punished by utility monopolies like PG&E.

- Blackouts will disproportionately affect poor and working-class neighborhoods — again and again.

🗳️ A Government That Doesn't Need You

- Politicians will be preselected by donors , not elected by citizens.

- The public will vote less — not because they don’t care, but because they know it doesn’t matter.

- Commissions, boards, and agencies will be filled with corporate appointees, issuing decisions without public input or recourse .

🧬 Children Born Into a Rigged Game

- The idea of “the American Dream” will be a cruel memory — a branding tool, not a promise.

- Hard work won’t lift you up; it will lock you in .

- And worst of all: They will believe this is normal .

🧨 And Then — Collapse

When the system becomes unsustainable, it collapses. Not in a headline-grabbing explosion — but in:

- Mass distrust

- Widespread disengagement

- Pockets of unrest

- A society where survival replaces community

And the people?

They’ll be too tired, too broke, or too divided to fight back.

✊ That’s Why We Act Now

The People’s Constitutional Empowerment Fund isn’t just a policy — it’s the dam holding back this future.

It’s a lifeline to:

- Restore power to communities

- Protect the next generation from corporate feudalism

- Build a nation that honors work, health, fairness, and self-determination

If we don’t act now, we are choosing that dystopia for our children.

But if we do — if we rise, organize, and rewrite the rules —

we can gift them a country that lives up to its promise .
