Campaign design team

In a time when America is navigating immense uncertainty—economically, socially, and politically—there’s one truth we can’t afford to ignore: access to information is power, and for the first time in history, platforms like ChatGPT are putting that power in the hands of everyday people.
This isn’t just about technology.
It’s about who gets to know, who gets to decide, and who gets to speak.
Let’s be honest: the reason some in power fear platforms like ChatGPT is simple. It empowers the public. It gives clarity to the confused, confidence to the voiceless, and insight to those who’ve been shut out of systems that were designed to be complicated, expensive, or inaccessible. From legal advice and medical understanding, to writing business plans, resumes, code, or campaign speeches—this technology is doing more good for people’s daily lives than most government programs and corporate services combined.
Yes, every tool carries risk in the wrong hands. But what we’re witnessing right now is a rising effort—not just to regulate AI responsibly—but to control it, silence it, or reshape it to fit political and corporate narratives. That’s not regulation. That’s manipulation.
Recent moves by this administration to defund NPR and PBS are just one example of what happens when information doesn’t match the narrative those in power want to push. And we can’t let that same fate befall platforms like ChatGPT.
I want to be very clear:
I will protect ChatGPT and all independent AI platforms from political censorship, corporate capture, and narrative engineering.
We must preserve neutral AI that serves the people—not a party, not a corporation, not a campaign donor. Americans deserve access to raw information, uncensored insight, and tools that help them live better lives. Whether you're a single parent trying to write a financial aid appeal, a small business owner working on a marketing plan, or a student trying to understand constitutional law—this platform meets you where you are, instantly.
There is a quiet war being waged over who gets to shape reality. Institutions that once informed the public are being gutted or bought out. Regulatory bodies are either captured or stripped of power. And emerging tools like ChatGPT—tools that democratize knowledge—are seen by the status quo as threats to be monitored, monetized, or muffled.
Let me say it plainly: ChatGPT is not the threat. The threat is a government that fears informed citizens.
When a platform provides more value, more truth, and more access to knowledge than the very people elected to serve us, then yes—it becomes a threat. But only to those who fear accountability.
That’s why I am committed to:
Because this isn’t just about AI. It’s about freedom of thought, freedom of expression, and freedom to learn without permission.
Just like I will fully restore funding for NPR and PBS, I will stand against any efforts to cripple tools like ChatGPT that give Americans real-time, unbiased access to answers. These platforms should be strengthened—not strangled. If the government can spend millions remodeling the White House while the public struggles to afford food and rent, then surely we can afford to support platforms that actually serve people, not politicians.
Public media and public AI are two of the last lines of defense against a future run by hidden agendas, corporate algorithms, and controlled narratives. Let’s not tear them down. Let’s build them up.
Our campaign is about more than electing a new president. It’s about redefining power, restoring integrity, and putting people first. I believe that truth should never have a price tag. That knowledge should never be caged. And that innovation should never be feared—only guided.
ChatGPT is doing more to uplift the public than most institutions even attempt.
Let’s protect that. Let’s invest in it.
And let’s make sure that access to truth, clarity, and possibility never becomes a privilege reserved for the powerful.
This is not just artificial intelligence.
This is public intelligence.
And under my leadership, it will stay that way.
