Everyday there is someone trying their best to be the best they can and barely making it. A mother or father with children working and still have to go to a soup kitchen to provide. Do you know how that feels? I bet that Father or mother cries themselves to sleep at night because they don't know how long they can continue living life but they continue to doing it
every day for their children and themselves.
The federal minimum wage is currently $7.25 per hour . Waiters and waitresses are entitled to receive at least that much for every hour worked. However, restaurants can take a “tip credit” of up to $5.12 per hour, meaning they only pay the servers a cash wage of $2.13 per hour. -The Michigan minimum wage is currently $9.45 per hour.
Minimum wage and overtime for waiters and waitresses
Can we say the Federal Government cares about waiters if the legal wages is $7.25 an hour? NO. How can the federal government care about human lives when we all know that $7.25 an hour will not pay rent today. If it was not for the tips, they would be homeless.
The Federal Government can make it a law to make a wages meet today's cost of living but they don't.

Military finish their terms and have mental conditions that make it hard for them to reintegrate back into society and end up on drugs, homeless sleeping on park benches. They are intended to keep us safe yet it feels like they are not cared about by their own government. We need to buy their first home upon exiting the military so they do not end up on the streets.
Students are stressed out about college tuitions and having to give up their cars to pay for tuition.
You have to earn your credit in America. You are not automatically giving that opportunity. Students can have low interest rates for their car and home with an 850 from the start.
